Further to the Terms of Use provided by "Xpert-Assignment," which is the parent organization of "Xpert Assignment," offering guidance and academic support for student success. We disclaim all liabilities and warranties with respect to the payment of fees ("Fees") that are applicable to the services you have opted for through our platform. Such Fees shall include, but not be limited to, assignment fees for academic assistance programs, which the user/student directly pays through our platform. Further, the User agrees and understands that:

• It is the responsibility of the User to make all necessary payments directly and in a timely manner.

"Xpert Assignment" doesn't charge or claim any fees except for the nominal fees toward its academic support services.

• The online payment facility provided by "Xpert-Assignment" is neither banking nor a financial service but merely a facilitator for ease of payment ("Payment Gateway Service Provider"). The Payment Gateway Service Provider facilitates online payments, collection, and remittance of money for transactions on the "Xpert Assignment" platform using existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. By providing such payment facilities through the Payment Gateway Service Provider, "Xpert-Assignment," the parent organization of "Xpert Assignment," is neither acting as a trustee nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the payments made by the User against the purchase of services on the platform

The User further understands and agrees that all payments made through the Payment Gateway Service Provider may take one to two (1-2) working days to be effectively processed. The User shall make the payment of applicable Fees through the Payment Gateway Service Provider at their own risk. "Xpert-Assignment" shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in processing the Fees paid by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

• While using any of the payment methods available on the "Xpert Assignment" platform, "Xpert-Assignment" (parent organization of "Xpert Assignment") will not be responsible or assume any liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to (a) lack of authorization for any transactions; (b) any payment issues arising from the transaction; (c) decline of the transaction for any reason; or (d) use, or inability to use, the payment page maintained by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.
• "Xpert-Assignment" shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the User due to any failure, delay, or interruption on the part of the Payment Gateway Service Provider, including but not limited to partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission, or telecommunications system, or other circumstances solely in the control of the Payment Gateway Service Provider.
• In the event of rejection of services by "Xpert Assignment" due to delayed payments by the User, the User shall provide a written request along with a payment receipt validating the payment made for the services. Upon verification of such payment receipt, "Xpert-Assignment," parent organization of "Xpert Assignment," shall consider the request for refund of payments in accordance with internal refund policies, within 10 days of receiving the request.
• These terms and conditions formulate an essential part of any contract established between the user/student and "Xpert Assignment." This platform serves as a medium for connecting students with academic support services and does not claim any course fees from students or learners.
• To ensure the accuracy of the information on the platform, every effort has been made. However, the content of the services offered by "Xpert Assignment" may change due to constant review and updates, with possible modifications, discontinuations, or replacements. Uncontrolled factors may be exceptions to this.
• "Xpert Assignment" reserves the right to discontinue any service, content, or delivery method, but will take reasonable measures to minimize any disruption caused by changes.
